Because warehouse and food service facilities can present an
attractive environment for pests, we utilize the latest tools and
methods to help you comply with all food safety requirements and
regulations. Pests can also damage buildings, electrical wiring and
inventory. Preventing pests before they become a problem is
smart business. By working together, we can help you accomplish

Drain Treatments- Drains in commercial properties can become a
breeding ground for disease carrying flies. We can eliminate
problem organic buildup that will improve drain flow, reduce food
sources for drain pests and reduce foul odors.
These pesky critters can cause extensive damage to landscaped
areas. They can prove to be very costly to property owners. In addition,
underground burrows can become a hazard by making the terrain
unstable.
Many people are not aware of the danger to public health that flies can
cause. They can carry deadly bacteria such as E.coli and Salmonella.
Birds can create a hassle for maintenance. They can
become a hazard for unsuspecting customers and a
potential fire hazard from the nesting materials. The
bacteria fungal agents and ectoparasites found in
droppings from birds like pigeons can represent a health
risk.
We use pest control methods that have the least impact on the
environment. For sensitive areas we can use a natural plant based
product that contain rosemary and peppermint oils. This product targets
flying and crawling insects. It will not affect vertebrates like birds, fish,
dogs and people.
Not only can rats be a nuisance, but they can also transmit diseases to
those they come in contact with. Rats often invade homes, as they seek
out warm areas to live. The rats then chew and gnaw on objects in the
home, causing severe damage. They can also spread diseases to
those living in the home through the air, their feces and bites. Many of
these diseases are rather serious, and some can even be fatal.
Eradicating rodents from structure is only the first step. A vital
process that sometimes gets overlooked is the clean-up
afterwards. Rodents leave behind odors from droppings and
urine. These can also be health risks. KMB professionals
remove droppings and sanitize previous harborage areas.
Adult bed bugs are light brown to reddish-brown, flattened,
oval-shaped and have no hind wings. Bed bugs have segmented
abdomens with microscopic hairs that give them a banded
appearance. Adults grow to 4–5 mm in length and 1.5–3 mm wide.
Bed bugs are elusive and usually nocturnal (peak activity usually
occurs around 5:00 or 6:00 a.m.), which can make noticing them
difficult. They often lodge in dark crevices, and the tiny adhesive eggs
can be nestled by the hundreds in fabric seams. Aside from bite
symptoms, signs include fecal spots (small dark sand-like droppings
that occur in patches around and especially beneath nests), blood
smears on sheets (fecal spots that are re-wetted will smear like fresh
blood), and the presence of their empty molted exoskeletons.
